Step into a winter wonderland at The White Swan Inn, where our Christmas Menu is the best in the North East. Our chefs have carefully crafted a festive feast to enjoy from the 17th November, with all of your traditional favourites as well as Christmas dishes with a modern twist. Enjoy our festive fayre until the 30th December.

Christmas Day Takeaway Menu

Experience the magic of Christmas from the comfort of your own home with The White Swan Inn’s Christmas Day Takeaway Menu. Bursting with festive flavours and handcrafted with care by our talented chefs, this menu captures all the warmth, joy, and indulgence of a traditional Christmas feast, without any of the stress. From perfectly roasted meats to decadent desserts, every dish is designed to bring a touch of White Swan magic to your table.

This is a pre-order only, using the form, which can be collected at the restaurant or downloaded below. The last date for orders to be submitted is 15th December. Collection is available on 24th December between 9am – 5pm, we will allocate a slot for collection ahead of time. £50 deposit required and full balance to be paid by 20th December. 

All you have to do is unwrap, serve, and savour a Christmas meal that’s as special as the day itself. Full reheating and guidance will be provided; we promise it is quick and easy!

French Onion Soup with Parmesan crisp

All starters will be served with freshly baked bread rolls and butter.

Roast Turkey Crown, pigs in blankets, pork and chestnut stuffing, and giant Yorkshire pudding

Braised Featherblade of Beef Bordelaise sauce with lardons and mushrooms

Vegetarian options available upon request

All main course dishes will be served with a side of creamy mash, beef dripping roast potatoes, buttered greens, herb roasted parsnips and carrots and cauliflower cheese.
